The sale will be made expressly subject to anytitle matters set forth in the Deed ofTrust, but prospective bidders are
reminded that by law the sale will necessarily be made subject to all other matters ofrecord affecting the property, if
any, to the extentthat they remain in force and effect and havenot been subordinated to the Deed ofTrust.The sale
shall not cover any part ofthe property that has been released from the lien ofthe Deed ofTrust. Prospective bidders
