NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
WHEREAS, on March 10, 2017, ERICK R. RODRIGUEZ AND JENNIFER VARGAS, HUSBAND AND
WIFE, executed a Deed ofTrust/Security Instrument conveying to THOMAS E. BLACK JR., as Trustee, the Real
Estate hereinafter described, to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ("MERS"1 AS
BENEFICIARY, AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN NEIGHBORHOOD MORTGAGE ACCEPTANCE COMPANY
LLC ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, in the payment of a debt therein described, said Deed of Trust/Security
Instrument being recorded under County CJerk Number 2017025863 in the DEED OF TRUST OR REAL
PROPERTY RECORDS of FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS; and
WHEREAS, default has occmred in the payment of said indebtedness, and the same is now wholly due,
and the owner and holder bas requested to sell said property to satisfy said indebtedness;
WHEREAS, the undersigned has been appointed Substitute Trustee in the place of said original 'Ihlstee,
upon the contingency and in the manner authorized by said Deed ofTrust/Security Instrument; and
