the order of Mortgage EIectronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, as nominee for Cardinal Financial Company,
Limited Partnership, itssuccessorsandassigns;( 2) allrenewalsandextensionsofthenote;and( 3) anyandallpresentandfuture
indebtedness ofthe Trustor(s) to the current holder ofthe Obligations, secured by the Deed ofTrust. Default has occurred in
the payment ofthe indebtedness, and the same is now wholly due and payable. The owner and holder ofthe Obligations has
requested thatthe Substitute Trustee sell the.Property tosatisfy the indebtedness.
7. Mortgage Servicer Information. The Mortgage Servicer isauthorizedtorepresent the Mortgageeby virtueofaservicing
