The instrument to be foreclosed is the Deed of Trust, executed by Jose Gonzalez, dated March 31, 2023, and recorded on April 3, 2023, as Document No. 20230057538 in the Official Public Records of Bexar County, Texas. 3. Date, time, and place of foreclosure sale. The foreclosure sale is scheduled to be held at the following date, time, and place: Date: Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Time: The sale will begin no earlier than 10:00 a.m. or no later than three hours thereafter. The sale will be completed by no later than 4:00 p.m. Place: Outside in between the Bexar County Courthouse, 100 Dolorosa, San Antonio, Texas 78205 and the Paul Elizondo Tower near the intersection of E. Nueva Street & S. Main Avenue. If the Lender postpones, withdraws, or reschedules the sale for another day, the trustee or substitute trustee under the Deed of Trust need not appear at the date, time, and place of a scheduled sale to announce the postponement, withdrawal, or rescheduling.
