The real property, together with improvements thereon, to be sold is described as Unit 605, Building F, The Village of Woodlake Country Club, a Condominium Project in Bexar County, Texas, together with the limited common elements , and an undivided interest in and to the general common elements, as the same are defined in the Condominium Declaration thereof recorded in Volume 11, Page 575 Bexar County Texas, as amended by instrument in Volume 13650, Page 492 Real Property Records of Bexar County, Texas (referred to herein as the “Property’). 2. Instrument to be Foreclosed. The instrument to be foreclosed is deed of trust dated July 31, 2015, executed by MARK J. CRABTREE to JAMES C. NORMAN, Trustee for the benefit of DENNIS J. Indebtedness. That one (1) certain Promissory Note (the “Note”) dated July 31, 2015, executed by MARK J. CRABTEE payable to DENNIS J. HUSTON said Note being transferred and assigned to INVESTORS FINANCIAL LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, an Idaho limited Partnership (the “Beneficiary’) in the original principal sum of $45,000.00. 4. Date, Time, and Place of Sale. The Foreclosure Sale (herein so called) is scheduled to be held at the following date, time, and place: Date: June 2, 2026. Time: The Foreclosure Sale will begin no earlier than 12:00 p.u., or no later than three hours thereafter. The Foreclosure Sale will be completed by no later than 4:00 PM.
