Questions

Is there an API or a single file for all counties?

Not today. You download one CSV per county and auction date, and you can set alerts for up to 15 counties. If you need a combined multi-county file or an API, tell us what you need and we'll see what makes sense.

How much does multi-county access cost?

One flat price covers every county we track: $50 a month or $500 a year, with a 14-day free trial. There are no per-county fees.

How current is the data?

A scheduled job checks every county we cover every few hours, so new notices usually appear the same day they are filed.

Can I use the data in my business?

Subscribers can use the data for their own business. Resale or redistribution is limited by our Terms of Service, so read them first or ask us about your use.

A county I need isn't covered.

Tell us which one. We prioritize counties by auction volume and by how many people ask.
