The property to be sold is described as follows: All that certain tract or parcel of land, being all of Lot 1, New City Block 7364, Jefferson Terrace Addition, an addition to the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 1625, Page 342, Deed and Plat Records of Bexar County, Texas, commonly known as 103 Cromwell Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78228. 2. Instrument to be Foreclosed. The instrument to be foreclosed is that certain Deed of Trust to Secure Assumption dated August 19, 2024, recorded under Document No. 20240171094, Official Public Records of Real Property of Bexar County, Texas. 3. Date, Time, and Place of Sale. The sale is scheduled to be held at the following date, time, and place: Date: Tuesday, August 4, 2026 Time: The sale will begin no earlier than 12:00 p.m. and no later than three hours thereafter.
