THE SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE(S) IDENTIFIED TO SELL THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE SECURITY INSTRUMENT IDENTIFIED IN THIS NOTICE OF SALE. WHEREAS, on January 20, 2023, Yesenia Janette Gutierrez Garcia, a single woman executed a Deed of Trust conveying to Noel Stout, Trustee, the real property hereinafter described, to secure Rosario T.
