or Michael L. Atchley or Jeremy L. Harmon or Jacob W. Varley or Dan A. White or Jon M. Kelly

Tarrant County Commissioners Court, if different, to the highest bidder for cash, subject to the
right of Current Beneficiary to have its bid credited up to the amount of the unpaid debt secured
by the Deed of Trust at the time of sale. Said sale will begin no earlier than 1:00 P.M. and no later
than three hours after that time.
The Deed of Trust may encumber both real and personal property. Formal notice is hereby
given of Current Beneficiary’s election to proceed against and sell both the real property and any
personal property described in the Deed of Trust in accordance with Current Beneficia:
