SERVICE FIRST MORTGAGE COMPANY, its successors and assigns;( 2) all renewals and extensions ofthe note; and( 3)
any and all present and future indebtedness ofthe Trustor(s) to the current holder ofthe Obligations, secured by the Deed of
Trust. Defaulthas occurred inthepayment ofthe indebtedness, andthe same isnowwholly dueand payable.Theowner and
