Instrument to be Foreclosed. The instrument to be foreclosed is the Mechanic’s Lien Contract recorded in Clerk's File No. 3630728, of the real property records of Hidalgo County, Texas. 3, Date, Time, and Place of Sale. The sale is scheduled to be held at the following date, time, and place: Date: July 7, 2026. Time: The sale of the Property will begin not earlier than 10:00 a.m. nor later than three (3) hours thereafter.
